TEXCARE powder detergent for shielding fabrics to maintain the shielding attenuation during washing
TEXCARE was specially developed by YSHIELD for shielding fabrics with silver threads and stainless steel yarns. The formulation is gentle on the shielding fabric during washing and preserves its shielding attenuation. Perfect cleanliness and hygiene at just 30 °C. YSHIELD specifies TEXCARE as the only approved detergent for its shielding textiles.
Background to the development of TEXCARE
After numerous wash tests with various detergents, YSHIELD found that some commercial detergents have a very negative effect on the shielding attenuation. In addition, customers reported that soap nuts, for example, cause a strong smell on silver fabrics. In collaboration with a specialised detergent manufacturer, YSHIELD developed TEXCARE, a unique detergent that is an ideal match for shielding fabrics.
For allergy sufferers
TEXCARE contains no fragrances, no dyes, no complexing agents, no preservatives, no enzymes, no genetic engineering and no petrochemicals. All ingredients are 100 % biodegradable.
Application and yield of TEXCARE
One pack of TEXCARE contains 1 kg of detergent and is enough for about 20 washes. A measuring scoop is included in the pack. The dosage is independent of water hardness.
Add 50 g per wash to the detergent drawer or directly into the drum of the washing machine. Then wash on a gentle cycle at 30 °C. Always observe the care label of the respective shielding fabric regarding ironing and drying.
A fragrant tip: if you would like a fresh scent, simply add a few drops of an essential oil.
Ingredients by percentage of TEXCARE powder detergent for shielding fabric
- 15 – 30 % zeolite
- 15 – 30 % soap from vegetable oils
- 15 – 30 % citrate
- 5 – 15 % sugar surfactants
- 5 – 15 % sodium carbonate
- 1 – 5 % silicates
- 1 – 5 % sodium bicarbonate
- < 1 % quillaja (soapbark)
- 10 – 15 % powder moisture
Ingredients EC 648/2004: Zeolite, sodium soap, sodium citrate, coco glucoside, sodium carbonate, sodium silicate, sodium bicarbonate, Quillaja saponaria.
